Working towards our mission

Advancing Our Mission Engineered to Meet the Needs of the Wildland Firefighting Community

Wildland firefighting scenarios are dynamic, with constantly evolving requirements. This was the driving force behind the development of the Wildland Fire Hydrants Plug & Pump Systems. Designed for flexibility and scalability, these systems can adapt seamlessly to a wide range of incident conditions and operational environments.

Bulk Water Transfer Stations deliver high-volume, low-pressure water handling, optimizing the distribution of water resources to support both ground and air firefighting operations. By increasing the number of vehicles filled per hour, it significantly enhances operational efficiency. Its modular design allows for incremental expansion, providing the necessary flow and fill rate while minimizing fill times, wait lines, drive time, and overall turnaround.

Operating at hose flow volumes and GPM rates surpassing any currently deployed water fill system. Bulk Water Transfer Stations maximizes efficiency with a compact setup footprint that grants access to more water points. This design ensures rapid adaptability to any incident, providing time-saving solutions across a range of configurations.

The system integrates existing technologies tailored to this application, offering firefighters a dependable, consistent, and efficient portable water handling solution. It enables rapid refilling of large or multiple smaller tanked vehicles in under five minutes, ensuring that wildland firefighters have the efficient most reliable and efficient water supply possible to reduce Turn Around Time to the lowest time possible.

Several Methods to Fill Water Tenders and Fire Engines

Portable Water Pumps

In the Portable Water Pumps approach, using 2 and 3-inch portable water pumps capable of pumping between 225-325 GPM.

Fire Hydrants

Fire hydrants come in many sizes and GPM capabilities, the standard Hydrant is 500 GPM, and systems are subject to loss of pressure with prolonged or overuse.

Self Drafting

Self Drafting is a time-consuming process where a vehicle, equipped with an onboard pump for self-drafting or tank filling, needs to get close to the water source. Read personnel prefer fewer hoses and vehicles accessing water resources reducing the risk of contamination.
